With a decision of Register of Enterprises from October 11, 2018 SIA “Sergel”, registration No.40103183181, has been merged into SIA “Gelvora”. That means SIA “Sergel” has ceased to exist as a separate legal entity and all its rights and obligations have been transferred to SIA “Gelvora”. As a result of the merger SIA “Gelvora” will also overtake SIA “Sergel” endeavors, engagements and the approach to pre-court debt collection.
All agreements previously binding to SIA “Sergel” are still in force and their fulfillment is overtaken by SIA “Gelvora”. These changes will not affect our partnership and the quality of our services.
SIA “Sergel partners and debtors will be informed in written about the merger and the changes related to it. We kindly ask to carefully go through those announcements and to follow the provided instructions. Make sure to pay special attention to payment details: all payments related to SIA “Sergel” starting from 11.10.2018. must be transferred to SIA “Gelvora” bank account in AS “Swedbank”, account No.LV25HABA0551045769017. As a payment reference, please, indicate the individual number of the debt collection case shown in the announcement addressed to you. In case of any questions feel free to contact us!
